Following the official launch of Single Submission Quarantine Customs (SSMQC), Cikarang Dry Port organized a Socialization Session on 10 June 2026 at Jababeka Golf & Country Club to help customers better understand the new integrated import clearance system.

The event was attended by customers utilizing Customs and Quarantine facilities and services at Cikarang Dry Port, providing them with practical guidance on the implementation of SSMQC and its operational requirements. During the session, participants gained valuable insights into the new submission process, key documentation requirements, and best practices for ensuring a smooth transition to the integrated system.

Beyond the presentations, the event also created an opportunity for direct dialogue between customers and representatives from Cikarang Dry Port, Customs, and Quarantine authorities. Through interactive discussions and Q&A sessions, participants were able to clarify procedures, address operational questions, and gain a better understanding of how SSMQC will support more efficient import activities.
