On 15 August 2026, Cikarang Dry Port, had the honor of welcoming Central Java Governor Ahmad Luthfi and his delegation to explore the potential of dry port development and its role in strengthening regional logistics connectivity.

During the visit, the delegation joined a Port Tour to observe CDP’s facilities and operations firsthand, from container handling to integrated logistics activities.

The visit also highlighted the importance of dry port development as one potential solution to support the performance of Tanjung Emas Port in Semarang and strengthen the logistics ecosystem in Central Java.

Following the visit, Governor Ahmad Luthfi set a target for the facility to become fully operational within the next two years, supporting more efficient logistics and greater connectivity across the region.

As collaboration continues, CDP looks forward to contributing to a stronger, more connected, and more efficient logistics ecosystem in Indonesia.
