Thursday, February 22th, 2024, Cikarang Dry Port held a socialization event “Socialization of E-Kiosk Tools and Physical Counter Closing Scheme” (Sosialisasi Alat E-Kiosk dan Skema Penutupan Konter Fisik) at Jababeka Golf and Country Club. In the midst of an era of technological progress, as part of our operational transformation, we are proud to announce the closure of the physical counter at the Cikarang Dry Port office.

This event was opened by Rudi Endro Pratikto – Head of Customs and Excise Services Section KPPBC TMP Cikarang and Edi Susanto – Indonesian Quarantine Agency (Badan Karantina Indonesia) they hope that this implementation system and application can be more efficient and help customers activities.

Apart from providing information regarding plans to close physical counters at Cikarang Dry Port, we would like to introduce a new service, is e-Kiosk. E-Kiosk is a platform that customers can use to access various needs including carrying out transactions, checking containers, checking prices, printing invoices and even printing gate passes. Additionally, customers can also check and monitor the goods in the behandle by using behandle monitoring system.

This outreach is carried out to ensure that all parties are involved. Starting from socialization, online guidance, and live assistance will be available to ensure that everyone is familiar with using the E-Kiosk. We hope to provide better service, increase productivity, and reduce waiting times for customers.
