Tuesday, August 8th, 2023, Cikarang Dry Port in collaboration with Customs and Excise Cikarang held a socialization event “Coffee Morning Socialization CBMS, Auto-Gate & Gate-Pass System” at Jababeka Golf and Country Club. C-BMS is an application from a collaboration between CDP and Customs Cikarang which aims to provide information to customer during the process of physical inspection (behandle). Also implementation of an automation system for entering and exiting the container stacking area and other related activities.
This event was opened by Souvenir Yustianto – Head of KPPBC TMP Cikarang, he hopes that this implementation system and application can help the Customs and Excise team and customer to be able to monitor each other in actual conditions in the field. The presence of C-BMS is expected can bring a benefits such as live updates, visible, easy to monitor, actual time stamp, recorded and data integrity. Some of the C-BMS menu features are monitoring area, execution dashboard for custom, execution dashboard for CDP to live monitoring for customers.
For the Auto-Gate and Gate-Pass system can bring a benefits such as 24×7 System Uptime, Validation CID Truck (Auto Associate Job Order), Validation Document by QR code, Validation OCR Camera, Integration with Shipping Line, and Integration with TPS Online.
Noor Yusuf as Director of Cikarang Dry Port also believes that this application is the new facilities offered by Cikarang Dry Port for customer to be able to monitor of their goods anywhere and anytime.
