On August 28, 2026, we welcomed a special milestone at Cikarang Dry Port (CDP) as a shipment from VinFast successfully arrived at our facility, marking VinFast’s first import journey through Cikarang Dry Port.
The journey began in Shanghai, traveling to Tanjung Priok, before continuing inland to Cikarang Dry Port. Through this journey, CDP played a role in supporting the seamless movement of the shipment from the seaport to its destination, bringing international cargo closer to Indonesia’s industrial heartland.
As an integrated inland port and logistics hub, Cikarang Dry Port continues to connect sea, rail, road, and logistics services to create a more efficient and connected supply chain. Each shipment that arrives at CDP represents more than cargo being moved. It represents businesses expanding, industries growing, and new opportunities being created.
VinFast’s first import journey through CDP marks another meaningful step in strengthening the connection between global supply chains and Indonesia’s growing automotive industry.
