Cikarang Dry Port (CDP) participated in the One-Day Workshop on Multi-Modal Freight Flows in Indonesia, held on 4 June 2026 at the UMY Convention Centre, Yogyakarta.
Representing CDP, Mr. Ronald Nugroho, General Manager of Terminal Business, presented “The Role of Dry Ports in Indonesia,” highlighting how Cikarang Dry Port supports multimodal logistics by integrating rail and road transportation to improve supply chain efficiency and strengthen connectivity between industrial areas and seaports.
Attended primarily by university students, the workshop provided valuable insights into the practical role of dry ports within Indonesia’s logistics ecosystem. Through knowledge sharing between academia and industry, the session aimed to inspire future logistics professionals and deepen their understanding of multimodal freight transportation.
