“Driving smarter logistics through collaboration and innovation.”
Hosted by Asia Marine in collaboration with the Bank of Ningbo and Cikarang Dry Port, this knowledge-sharing session brought together representatives from the China Chamber of Commerce (Kadin China) and logistics industry stakeholders to discuss practical strategies for improving regional trade and customs efficiency.
During the session, Cikarang Dry Port and CGS shared Indonesia’s approach to addressing port-related challenges through an integrated inland port ecosystem. By integrating Customs, Quarantine, rail connectivity, and logistics services into a single location, CDP helps streamline cargo movement, reduce congestion at seaports, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
The presentation also highlighted practical initiatives that have helped reduce customs clearance time by up to 50%, demonstrating how digital integration and cross-agency collaboration can accelerate import and export processes.
Through opportunities like this, Cikarang Dry Port continues to showcase Indonesia’s logistics innovations, strengthen regional collaboration, and support the development of a smarter, more connected logistics ecosystem.
