Indonesia continues to advance its logistics transformation with the official launch of the Single Submission Quarantine Customs (SSMQC) at Cikarang Dry Port (CDP) on 9 June 2026.
The implementation of SSMQC marks an important milestone in creating a more integrated and efficient import clearance process by connecting Customs and Quarantine services through a single submission mechanism.
The launch event brought together key stakeholders, including customers, Customs, Quarantine, LNSW, National Logistics Ecosystem (NLE), and industry representatives, reflecting a shared commitment to strengthening collaboration and accelerating digital transformation within Indonesia’s logistics sector.
Rather than submitting information separately to different authorities, businesses can now benefit from a more streamlined process that supports faster coordination, improved transparency, and greater operational efficiency.
The implementation of SSMQC also demonstrates the ongoing collaboration between government institutions and logistics service providers in simplifying trade processes while enhancing the overall customer experience.
As one of Indonesia’s leading inland ports, Cikarang Dry Port remains committed to supporting national initiatives that improve logistics performance and facilitate smoother international trade.
Together, we are building a logistics ecosystem that is more integrated, smarter, and ready for the future.
